2.Technical Characteristics and Product Features

 

Digital inkjet technology: a flexible printing solution without plates

 

The non-woven bag digital printing machine adopts single inkjet technology and UV curing method for on-demand plate-free printing. Digital printing does not require a screen or a printing cylinder as is the case with traditional screen printing or flexographic printing. Design files are sent from the computer to the machine for output, and switching versions takes only a few minutes. This is the basic cure for the problems of long plate-making cycles and high replacement costs in traditional printing.

 

The machine is technically equipped with the industrial grade piezoelectric nozzle system that can eject ink droplets by the deformation of piezoelectric ceramics. In single-pass mode, the nozzle is stationary, and the printing material only needs to pass through the nozzle once on the conveyor belt to achieve full-color printing. The model has a printing speed 5-10 times faster than the traditional reciprocating printers. Model width is 1.8m and can produce over 10,000 square meters per day.

This machine features a built-in quality control read/write detection function. Each time a label is printed, the detection system automatically scans the code area and compares the code with the expected data. An automatic rejection device rejects the non-conforming labels which have unusable or hard to identify codes into the waste bin. In case of an absent code, a new code will be automatically generated and reprinted according to preset rules to ensure accurate and traceable coding for each finished product.
